What I wanted to point out is that jackson racing owners spends that extra thousands of $$$ go get the next level of power.
jrcivic for examaple spends hours of dyno time just to fine tune his car with hondata. no offence jr. Just using u as an example.
I'm just offering parts that u hobbeist might like to have. I'm not ripping u off. Just like rims U want some tenzo or volks racing. Just offering a service for the few that might want jdm parts.

...actually, it was a 100Hp gain for me. I applaud your efforts at offering decent prices for JDM parts to the H-A community. JDM is not my cup of tea, but I don't think it's stupid either. Done tastefully, any car will always get a thumbs-up from me.

I laugh at anything JDM.....Personally, i like it when "Honda T00nerz" tell me their "HKS" guages are waaaaaaay better than any AutoMeter product. Get a life JDM rice boys![/QB]</font></td></tr></table></td></tr></table></BLOCKQUOTE>
. i'd like to thank Jason Siebels of AEM for bringing me up right when I was a kid, and he co owned a local shop. Without him, I would not have been bestowed this honor.
turbocrvtec- I aint saying you are trying to rip people off... I was saying that spending thousands of dollars on something that 99.999 percent of the population wont notice as anything special, is NOT worth the overpriced gouging prices these people pay for those parts. About the only JDM parts worth a shit is LSD/type-r header/engine swaps/cams (even then, engines are mostly overpriced).

Gsrteggie, Do I sense hate in whose words. I see your not a jdm lover. That's O.K. not everyone likes jdm cause of the price. I don't like the prices either. you have to understand where these part are coming from. Suppy and demand. theses parts people in japan go out and find. It's not like they can go order them from a company. But the junk yards know theses parts sell in the U.S. So they ask more for theses parts. So they go down the line. What I'm doing is I'm cutting the shops out of the picture and going direct to u guys. U can not put a retail price one use parts. the range is 5000 to 3700 for type r motor swap. Just depends where they sell them. How hard these parts come by.

<ul type="square">Hey turbocrvtec. How about some del sol,jdm,one-piece headlights?
<ul type="square">They are way too expensive brand new, but i want them. Also, does the 5- lug conv. come with wheels? Transtop conv. sounds like a little bit too much work\money. Some people may not notice or care, but i like jdm and that's all that matters to me. If someone notices, cool.
<ul type="square">I'll have the best of both world's, forced induction and jdm.
I have no problem with someone using me as an example to make a point... but in this case, I do not follow your reasoning. In case you missed my signature, I am a Honda/Acura TUNER !!! I make a living building/modifying Import cars. I didn't spend $1500.00 just to squeeze out 8 more HP from my Hybrid JRSC powered civic. I did this to help educate others to the systems potential and prove to myself that it was a bonafide product that I could offer with great integrity to my customers. As of now, nearly one out of every fifteen Hondata owners bought their system from ME. So, lets just say I probably got my money back... and a few dollars more.
When it comes to JDM parts... I certainly see how some people would like to have certain products from other worldly markets in order to make a unique statement about their own project car. I myself recently got a very small door trim panel from the JDM market that took me nearly TWO YEARS to get... and with the help of a fellow board-member here (BlownSol), I have the part that I wanted.
Bashing someone because they have chosen products that others might see as wasteful or ridiculous is unfair: Each individual has their own dream... and you may not like the parts/direction one chose, but I think we all can agree that you have to appreciate the dedication and perserverence required to making each of our cars "OUR OWN".
Lastly, I think your pricing seems fairly good... especially if you can get about 5 people to get "R" engine swaps. I wish you the best of luck in your venture.
